Our Responsible Gaming Policy

Player Verification and Age Checks

— All players registering on 7ezbat must confirm that they are aged 21 or above. 7ezbat reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card or passport — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 21 or above will be suspended and any outstanding balance returned via the original deposit method.

Deposit and Loss Limits in Detail

— Deposit limits are applied at the account level and are calculated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). You may set a daily limit as low as ৳500 or as high as any amount within the maximum thresholds set by 7ezbat. Once a daily limit is reached, all deposit methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — will be temporarily disabled for the remainder of that calendar day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

— Weekly and monthly limits function on a rolling basis. If you choose to reduce your limit, the lower limit takes effect immediately. If you choose to increase it, the increase will not apply until seven (7) full days have passed after the request, giving you a meaningful cooling-off period.

Time-Out and Self-Exclusion Procedures

— A time-out suspends access to your account for a defined period. You will not be able to log in, make deposits, or place bets during a time-out. Any pending withdrawals at the time a time-out is activated will still be processed normally. The time-out cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated.

— Self-exclusion is a more permanent measure.
