7ezbat Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and 7ezbat (hereinafter "7ezbat", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://7ezbat.app and any associated mobile-optimised pages (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

7ezbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 7ezbat Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, reload offer, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by 7ezbat.
• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://7ezbat.app and all associated pages, services, games, and betting markets.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered and holds an active Account on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play action placed using real-money or bonus funds held in a Player's Account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use the 7ezbat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a commercial entity.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the Platform under any name or identity.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing wagers.
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and you accept that risk voluntarily.

2.2 7ezbat reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, where it reasonably believes any of the above conditions have not been met.

2.3 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number associated with the payment method you intend to use. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 7ezbat may close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify 7ezbat support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if your registered mobile number or payment wallet has been compromised.

3.3 7ezbat will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials, or where you voluntarily disclosed those credentials to a third party.

3.4 7ezbat may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including SMS OTP verification for login, withdrawal requests, and account changes. Cooperation with these measures is a condition of continued Account access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 7ezbat Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are set out in the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment wallet used for the most recent deposit on the Account. 7ezbat does not transfer funds to third-party wallets or to wallets registered in a name other than that of the Account holder.

4.4 7ezbat reserves the right to suspend or delay a withdrawal request for the purpose of identity verification, anti-fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. During any such hold, 7ezbat will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the Player via their registered contact details.

4.5 Players must not deposit funds from sources that are not legitimately owned by them. Use of another person's payment wallet to fund an Account is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.6 7ezbat does not accept cash deposits or transfers via conventional bank wire. All transactions must be initiated through the supported mobile financial services listed in clause 4.1.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 From time to time, 7ezbat may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload incentives, or tournament prizes to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

5.2 All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

5.3 Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, as stated per promotion) must be staked before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.4 Players who 7ezbat reasonably determines to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free withdrawal, or creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion — will have their bonus forfeited, their Account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

5.5 7ezbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value unless a wagering requirement has been satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules and Betting

6.1 All game results on the 7ezbat Platform are generated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or determined by live dealer outcomes in real time. 7ezbat does not manipulate game outcomes in the Platform's favour beyond the published house edge applicable to each game type.

6.2 Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game rules before confirming.

6.3 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or software malfunction during a game or betting event, 7ezbat reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. Any winnings attributed to a demonstrable technical error will be considered void and may be reclaimed by 7ezbat.

6.4 For sports betting markets, settlement will be based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the conclusion of the relevant event or match. In cases of event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement, 7ezbat's sports betting rules — published in the help section of the Platform — will govern settlement.

6.5 Use of automated betting software, bots, or any technology that provides an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited. 7ezbat employs detection methods to identify automated play and will terminate Accounts found to be in violation.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ezbat Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Impersonating another individual or providing false identity information.
• Using the Platform in any manner intended to defraud 7ezbat or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for individuals under the age of 21.

7.2 Where 7ezbat identifies a breach of clause 7.1, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, forfeit all balances therein, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 7ezbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session duration alerts, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission and will result in the immediate suspension of Account access for the requested duration. During a self-exclusion period, 7ezbat will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.

8.3 Players who believe gambling is having a negative impact on their finances, relationships, or wellbeing are strongly encouraged to contact support at [email protected] to activate responsible gaming tools, or to seek assistance from professional counselling services.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 7ezbat Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7ezbat or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 7ezbat.

9.2 Game software and live dealer studio technology provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are governed by their own licensing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 7ezbat provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical faults at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ezbat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault, service outage, or force majeure event.

11.2 7ezbat employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data in transit. Stored data is protected by industry-standard security protocols. We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

12.1 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment wallet subject to verification of identity.

12.2 7ezbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk of harm to the Player, third parties, or the Platform's integrity.

12.3 Decisions to close an Account made by 7ezbat under clause 12.2 are final. Players may contact support to request a review, but 7ezbat's determination following that review will be conclusive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 7ezbat operates. 7ezbat makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the Player must notify support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. 7ezbat will investigate and provide a written response within 10 business days. The Platform's server logs and game records are the definitive record for settlement purposes.

13.3 7ezbat's decision following any dispute investigation is final and binding. No further escalation mechanism is available through the Platform itself, although Players retain any rights available to them under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 7ezbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes that significantly affect Player rights will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of publication.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure under clause 12.1.
